Floating seal is also named mechanical face seal, duo cone seal, heavy duty seal, lifetime seal and metal face seal.

Floating seal  consist of two same metal steel rings and two same rubber rings. Its workig principle is a pair of metal rings supported by a pair of rubber rings to form a closed apace with the cavity . When running, the after-grinding seal surface of the two metal rings act in close coordination and sliding relatively. 

They are widely used in the slow speed operation and the place required high lubrication reliability and working lifetime, such as mining machinery, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, heavy truck, coal cutter, tunneling machine, cultivated land machine, etc.
