10: What is your training policy?
A: Normally, we start the training in our factory when you confirm your printer order. It is about 3-5 working days and your accommodations and meals during the period will be borne by our factory.

9: What is your warranty for your printers?
A: The quality of our printers is 100% guaranteed. The spare parts can be replaced free of charge within one year warranty, excluded the damages by third party and the spare parts are burned due to external voltage instability, such as chip cards, motor and motor drives etc. Print heads are not guaranteed, but we check each head before delivery.
10: What is your training policy?
A: Normally, we start the training in our factory when you confirm your printer order. It is about 3-5 working days and your accommodations and meals during the period will be borne by our factory.
Also we can help you the installation & service training at your site. The flight charge, accommodations and meals of our engineer will be borne by distributor
