4.Vacuum rolling and kneading machine can provide a physical process of diced meat energy transformation and indispensable technology of meat processing to accelerate souse speed.Proceed mechanical treatment to diced meat through rolling and kneading and increase the abstraction of salt soluble albuminoidal and improve manufacture product quality.

6.Without vacuum tumbling for 20 minutes, marinating requires 24 to 48 hours of soaking before the product is ready for loading into the smokehouse.
