Scaffolding Clamps and fittings are connectors for tube and clamp scaffold system.
There are various scaffolding clamps according to construction project requirement include drop forged double coupler, swivel coupler, girder coupler(beam clamp) fixed and swivel type, scaffolding sleeve coupler, Joint Pin pressed and forged type, putlog coupler(single coupler), Board Retaining Coupler(BRC), Ladder Clamps forged and pressed type Confirm to BS1139 and En74 Standard.
Japanese and Korean Standard Scaffolding Clamps in pressed steel is conformed to JIS and KS standard in OD42.7-OD48.6mm and OD60mm.
BS1139 and En74 standard scaffolding clamps and couplers can be in Size of OD42mm, OD48mm,OD60mm,OD76mm,OD89mm.
Clamp scaffolding is always in E-galvanized(zinc-plated) or Hot dip galvanzied finishing.
In different countries, scaffolding clamps can be British type Clamps double and swivel with 21mm cross nut with washer and 8.8 class t bolt, Australia Type Clamps in 23mm flange nut, Germany type scaffolding clamps in 22mm flange nut, American durable clamps in OD22mm flange nut.
All scaffolding clamps include fixed clamps, swivel clamps, girder beam clamps, putlog coupler, sleeve couplers are all tested and certified by En74 class A and Class B standard from Wellmade Scaffold.
