RUBBER JOINT PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Rubber soft joints, also known as flexible single-ball rubber joints, rubber flexible joints, soft joints, shock absorbers, pipe shock absorbers, shock absorber throats, etc., is a high Flexible, highly airtight, medium resistant and weatherproof pipe joints. The product is made of rubber elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weathering resistance and radiation resistance. It is made of polyester cord fabric with high strength, strong cold and heat stability, which is obliquely crossed and compounded, and vulcanized by high pressure and high temperature mold.
The rubber soft joint ball is composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcing layer having a plurality of layers of scraping nylon cord fabric and a rubber tube compounded with an outer rubber layer. The rubber materials used are different depending on the medium. There are natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, butyl rubber, nitrile rubber, EPDM rubber, neoprene rubber, silicone rubber, fluorine rubber and so on. They are resistant to heat, acid, alkali, corrosion, abrasion and oil.

YUANFENG RUBBER JOINT PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Strictly control the raw materials. Each batch of raw materials is tested by qualified laboratory technicians and entered the factory. Professional rubber compounding personnel are proportioned according to the requirements.
2. After the ingredients are finished, they are sent to the rubber mixing workshop and pressed into a synthetic rubber sheet by a rubber mixer.
3. Each rubber joint tire type is sent to the vulcanization workshop after passing the inspection, and the staff puts the tire type into the mold.
4. The rubber joint semi-finished product inside the cable car is sent to the flange assembly workshop, and the staff assembles the rubber joint flange and the rubber joint semi-finished product into finished products.
5. The quality inspection department personnel will carry out random sampling and pressure testing of the finished rubber joints, and test the qualified rubber joints for packaging.
6. The finished rubber joints are placed in the warehouse and waiting for loading and delivery.
