1.Description
Tungsten-rhenium thermocouple is the metal thermocouple with most high-temperature resistant.It mainly applied for vacuum,hydrogen and inert gas protection environment,the highest temperature is 2300℃. There are two calibrations,C(WRe5-WRe26) and D(WRe3-WRe25),the accuracy is 1.0% and 0.5%.
At present, the main use occasion of tungsten-rhenium thermocouples is vacuum furnace industry,and the tungsten-rhenium thermocouples specialized for vacuum furnace with high requirement of airtightness.

3.Our patent
Our company promoted tungsten-rhenium thermocouple in 1997,participating in customized national standards "tungsten-rhenium thermocouples wire and indexing table "and industry standards"tungsten-rhenium thermocouples technical conditions",applied for national patent(ZL 2012 2 0676417.6) On 10th Dec 2012.
The tungsten-rhenium thermocouple we produced used talior-made tantalum,tungsten,corundum protection tube,be filled in the corresponding temperature heat insulation material tightly,and seal in the vacuum environment.Especially the tungsten-rhenium thermocouple with high temperature and high pressure resistance which own above 1900℃ heat resistance and more 6 MPa pressure resistance were developed successfully.
