Packing & Shipping

Packaging: We provide international standard export package (carton + pallet) for customers. Customazation cartons design also avaliable.For more info, pls contact us.

Shipment: For FOB, we usually do Ningbo or Shanghai. We can also do CIF to your closest Port and Door to Door delivery also available. For more info, pls contact us.

• To which surfaces can I adhere this floor?          Better to adhere on flat ground
• How do you guarantee the quality of your PVC vinyl flooring? Each step is strictly controlled by the QC team to make sure all our products turn out great.
• Do you offer other products besides PVC vinyl flooring? Yes!Besides PVC vinyl flooring in dry backing(glue down),we also provide as Quartz tile, Click system vinyl flooring, Wpc Spc vinyl flooring,self-adhesive vinyl flooring etc
• Do you have certification?   Yes, We have ISO9001,CE, ETC.
• MOQ?Our MOQ is 1000sqm is per color,if you need the small quantity,we can also offer but you need choose color in our stock.
• Factory or Trading company? We have our own factory.
• What slotting machine( Grooving) you use? We use Homag brand which directly purchase from German.
• How many employee do we have?  Total 120+ employees and 12 of them are sales.

• What does green label, blue label and red label patent mean? Green is for Europe, Blue is for USA and Red is for China
• What is the patent charge for click system?  Blue cost usd 0.75 per sqm Green cost usd 0.65 per sqm.
• What is dry backing? The product of Dry backing PVC flooring,when we install it need the glue.
• What is the difference between Dry backing and Click system? Dry backing use glue in installation and click system use the lock system
• Does it always mean the thick pvc floor, the good quality? This is not absolute true. Actually, the use life is decided by the wear layer, the thicker wear layer, the longer use life.
• What is the different between recycle material and Virgin Material? The virgin material is more stable than recycled PVC.
• Packing? The packing of our product,we use the carton and pallet.
• Can customer use their own logo packing? Yes, Minimum order 1 container or extra charge.
