Product Description

1.The finned copper tubes are used in the heat exchanger tubes of GLC and LC shell and tube coolers, and the bare copper tubes (bare tubes) are used in GLL and LQ shell and tube coolers, which have better heat transfer performance. The heat exchanger tube can also select stainless steel pipe, carbon steel pipe and so on according to the user's requirements.

2.The shell and tube cooler is mainly composed of water inlet cap, shell, tube bundle, backwater cap, seal, fastener and so on. The shell is equipped with four pipe ports connecting the oil inlet and outlet pipes, and with outlets for discharging oil, water and air.

3. The tube bundle consists of finned copper tube (or copper tube), fixed tube plate, floating tube plate, baffle plate, etc. One end of the tube bundle floats while the other end floats to avoid structural failure caused by thermal expansion.

4. The shell and tube cooler generally adopts double-return, or four-return or multi-return cooling. Oil goes through shell and water goes through pipe. Oil flows from oil inlet to oil outlet along baffle plate. Cooling water flows from water inlet along heat exchange pipe to return water cover, and then back to water outlet along heat exchange pipe. Cooler is discharged from water outlet. When water passes through the heat exchanger tube, the heat released by the oil is taken away by the heat exchanger tube, so as to achieve the purpose of heat exchange.
