Use and maintenance of the equipment:

1. Install or replace the old and new molds, avoid collision and knock, assemble in a civilized manner, and pay attention to protect the molds;

2. In use, the mold size and weld joint state shall be checked frequently, and weld cracks shall be repaired in time. If excessive wear occurs, the aggregate size shall be adjusted.

3. Carefully adjust the gap, including the distance between the pressure head and the mold core, the movement plane of the pressure head and the skip car, and the distance between the mold frame and the wire plate.

4. During the daily cleaning of the mold, use the air compressor and soft tools to remove the concrete residue.

5. The replaced mold should be cleaned and painted with oil to prevent rust. It should be placed in a dry and flat place with a cushion to prevent gravity deformation.

The module can be replaced to produce concrete reinforced cushion block of various sizes and round cakes for bridge.
