1. Overview

ZY6254 wind tunnel test equipment is a kind of suction DC heat transfer wind tunnel for simulating automobile, train, motor train, high-speed rail and tunnel wind tunnel test. The air volume is regulated by the damper at the outlet of the fan, and the air is sucked by the suction port through the inlet section, the rectifying section, the constricting section, the stabilizing section, the test section, the measuring section, the conical section, the speed measuring section, the diffusing section, the tail section, and finally fans, in fact, using power equipment in a specially designed pipeline to create a flow metering device that is similar to the real atmosphere and controllable. This device is controlled by computer, with strict software interface and high automation.

2. Main technical performance

(1) Inspiratory section: U-shaped suction method with a horn shape, the wind tunnel is 1000mm wide, and the flared opening is 1500mm.

(2) Rectifier section: A rectifying net composed of several layers of wire mesh which can divide large-scale vortices into small-scale vortices, while small-scale vortices can be rapidly attenuated in stable sections, thereby reducing the turbulence of airflow. It is the axial turbulence, the rectifying device makes the airflow energy loss with large speed, and the airflow energy loss is small, which makes the airflow velocity distribution uniform. Specification: 1000*1000mm square, length 1000mm.

(3) Shrinking section: A smooth transition duct connecting the rectifying section and the stabilizing section is a constricted section. The contraction section accelerates the flow of the rectifying section uniformly into the stable section, which helps to improve the uniformity of the airflow in the test section and reduce the turbulence.

(4) Stable section: The airflow with uneven turbulence has enough time to stabilize to attenuate the vortex in the airflow, increase the vortex in the airflow, and improve the uniformity of the airflow in direction and speed.

(5) Test section: length 1500mm, width 1200mm, height 2000mm; inner use of asbestos board, stainless steel frame, middle of asbestos layer, thickness of 60mm, 5mm thick steel plate, automotive special paint, two tempered glass observation windows on both sides The specification is 500cm long and 200mm wide. It is a quartz high temperature glass.

(6) Measurement section: measure temperature, pressure, humidity, flow rate and resistance of the test element to the wind.

(7) Rectangular section of the rectangular circle: from 500*500mm square to 300mm diameter. Stainless steel is used inside and the asbestos layer is in the middle.

(8) Speed measuring section: the diameter is 300mm and the length is 1000mm. Stainless steel is used inside and the asbestos layer is in the middle. The wind speed can be adjusted from 1 to 6 m/s.

(9) Diffusion section: It is expanded from 300mm in diameter to 550mm in diameter, allowing the airflow to be discharged into the atmosphere at a small speed to reduce the energy loss of the airflow. Stainless steel is used inside and the asbestos layer is in the middle.

(10) PT100 thermal resistance: a total of 13 strips, one of which is 3.0mm * 300mm, and the other 12 strips are 3.0mm * 150mm.

(11) U-type pressure gauge: 100psi

(12) Differential pressure transmitter: 1-100pa

(13) Data acquisition card: The sampling rate of AD is 1HZ~250HZ, the input range is 0~10V, and the sampling accuracy of AD is 16 bits.
