Product Description
The fermenting system is made up with 6-12 fermenting tanks. We can support you all kinds of beer equipment range from 50L to 10000L.
we can also design according to your request. All fermenting tanks were welded with the imported high quality stainless steel reaching to the
food sanitation standard. The inside polish is 0.4-0.6μm. the outside adopts the secondary smooth polishing. It can keep warm by imported PU foam
with bottom cone type.
The colling jackets of fermenting tanks adopt dimple plate, arch channel and fluting channels etc to exchange heat. There are many pipelines
between the fermenting tanks such as washing pipelines, material pipelines, cooling medium circumfluence pipelines andCo2pipeline. with the
help of PLC auto-control system, the equipment can reach to automatic and Semi-automatic Control. The guarantee the accuracy of the process
parameters and experimental results. All the stainless steel pipeline steel pipeline which connect with material adopt sanitary ISO or DIN standard pipe.

Polishing
Polishing is vital for tanks. Tanks should be polished wholly inside and outside.
Therefore it can ensure there is no place for the bacteria to hide in tanks.
Our polishing system consists of auto and semi-auto polishing machine and manual polishing.
Each tank is polished three times and more polish for the key place.
Welding
Our argon central system for welding provides 100% pure argon to protect tanks from distorting during welding.
