SCBH15 Series amorphous alloy dry-type transformer is a new type energy-saving transformers, which combines technology advantage with low-loss of amorphous alloy and good- insulation and strong mechanical strength of traditional epoxy resin pouring transformer.

By comparing with the traditional SCB10 series silicon steel dry-type transformers, it can approx. reduce no-load loss by 70%, no-load current by 80%, and operating temperature by 30-40℃; the service life extends appox.10 years. Moreover,SCBH15 Series transformer has the advantages of fire resistance, flame retardant, high reliability and maintenance free, which can be used in the power load center, suitable for places with higher demands in fire protection and higher safe demand environment.

Operating Temperature

70℃

100℃ Amorphous transformer core temperature is about 30〫C，coil temperature is about  40〫C; silicon steel transformer core temperature is about 45〫C, coil temperature is about  50〫C. The amorphous transformer can work under low temperature，has strong overload capacity, is much safer.

Insulation Cracking Slow Fast Amorphous transformer has the property of low loss, producing less heat, low operating temperature, slow insulation cracking, high reliability, long working life.

Harmonic Resistance Property not affected by the harmonic voltage Causing higher iron loss and
