Overview
· HZS180 Concrete Batching Plant includes two rows of cement silos, screw conveyors, belt conveyor, batching machine PLD4800, twin-shaft forced concrete mixing machine JS3000, computer controlling and measuring system, etc.
· During running time, all work in the whole concrete mixing plant is controlled by the computer control room. It can supply the concrete simultaneously for two concrete transportation tanks. Meanwhile, new control technologies are adopted, such as electronic weighing, compact control, and digital display, etc.
· Electronic weighing is equipped with shock-absorber and automatic compensation function; and the measuring accuracy is thereby much improved.
Aggregate is fed by belt conveyor. Numerous advantages of HZS180 contributes to its wide applications in commercial concrete mixing companies and many construction organizations.
