This product is a kind of heat preservation coating agent for casting riser, which is the best solution to the solidification and shrinkage of feed head. This product is in refinement control. According to different size of riser and condensing shrinkage principle, we can control heating duration & time of heat preservation, in order to achieve maximum heat supply effect.

How to use
During pouring, while the molten metal surface rises to 1/2 or 2/3 height of feed head, cast adequate amount of agent one-time, and stop pouring as the agent appears from the feed head gradually.
DY-1: Slower heating speed, longer duration of fever reaction,
Suitable for the feed head Φ > 200 mm;
DY-2: Faster heating speed, more intense, shorter duration of fever reaction, fit for small steel or iron cast parts. Suitable for the feed head Φ < 200 mm.
