About the fonction

B-carotene is one of carotenoids, an isomer of carotene, widely found in the leaves, flowers, and roots of animals and plants. It belongs to polyenes, all double bonds are involved in conjugates, and the B mark in its name derives from the conjugate position of the double bond in the ring.

It can be used to formulate milk, frozen drinks (except 03.04), jams, candy, instant rice noodles, frozen rice noodles, baked goods, cooked meat products, frozen fish products, compound seasonings, protein drinks, distilled spirits, jelly.
