1 DOPE DYED ANTI-BACTERIAL DEODORANT POLYESTER YARN

The fabrics with anti-bacterial and deodorant functions are getting more and more popular. Nowadays there are two methods to obtain this kind of fabrics. One is to add the anti-bacterial agents directly to the fabrics. With this method the anti-bacterial and deodorant function is not durable, will be weakened and disappear very easily. Another one is to modify the internal or external of the fiber, such as to add the anti-bacterial finishing agents to the fiber during the melting process or to graft the anti-bacterial polymer to the surface of the fiber. With this method, the anti-bacterial function is durable.

Jinxia’s dope dyed anti-bacterial deodorant polyester yarn is obtained by during the melting process adding the inorganic and insoluble anti-bacterial agent nano-silver to the fiber. The broad spectrum anti-bacterial function is effective to escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, candida albicans, pneumobacillus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, etc, is durable and anti-washable. It is safe and harmless to human being’s health.

According to the Chinese national standard GB/T 20944.3-2008, with the reduction rate of escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus≥ 70%, candida albicans≥ 60%, the product has the antibacterial effect.

Staphylococcus Aureus ≥ 99%

Escherichia Coli ≥77%

Candida Albicans ≥ 80%
