Description
The rail power-drawn wagon is supplied power with two-phase 36V low voltage steel rail unit which through carbon brush to complete. Ground step-down transformer control cabinet will step-down AC 380V to safety 36V, sent to the flat car by the current-taken pillar carbon brush, and then the AC 36V transformed into DC 36V by the current rectifier and passed it to pulling motor to make the car start, stop, move forward, move backward, adjust speed, etc.
Application
The rail guide transferring cart can run on the straight railways or on the ‘S’ and arc-shaped railways to carry many material, and be able to apply in the high-temperature environment or other worse condition with the strong bearing ability. Therefore, the assemble line transferring cart is mainly applied in assembly line, warehouse transport, ship industry, work piece transport in workshop, lathe transport, steel factory, construction, petroleum industry , energy , chemical industry , railway(rail maintenance, rail welding, train tractor).
