*Product Introduction:
GP18 ink consists of good quality resins and pigments. It's free of toluene, ketone and heavy metals,suitable for food and commodity packaging which is very strict in residual solvents and meets the environmental requirements.
*Advantages:
1. Toluene and ketone free, very little residual solvents, meets the requirements of food packaging;
2. Bright color, good dot reproduction, excellent leveling property, very suitable for trapping printing;
3. Excellent solubility, anti-caking, anti-blocking, anti-sinking,suitable for long time printing and storage;
4. Suitable for gravure and flexo printing of 50 ~ 250m/min, good printing adaptability, can be fully dry.
*Suitable Substrates:
BOPP: pretreated over 38dyn/cm;
PET: pretreated over 48dyn/cm;
NY: pretreated over 52dyn/cm (add 3% hardener when printing)

Normally NO.1 thinner can be used for white ink, NO.2 thinner for color inks and NO.3 or NO.4 thinner can be chosen for shallow dots, but pay special attention to residual solvents or blocking.
*Notice:
1.For printing which requires high temperature steam or boil (121℃), mix the ink with 3% hardener;
2.After adding hardener, the ink will dry faster. Normally it should be used up within 8 hours, otherwise it will become bad or cannot be used and cause unnecessary waste.
3.For printing which requires high temperature steam or boil (121℃), please contact our technical department for specific ink codes;
4.The validity is normally one year, but can still be used after validity if all norms are tested to be OK.
