| Operation method |
Operation temperature: 140~160℃ Attaching surface temperature: 100-105℃ Activation temperature: 90-95℃ If using hot and cold setting machine, the mold temperature should be 140-160℃ and staying 7-15 seconds( the temperature and time should be changed by the upper material and lining material) if using lasting directly, the temperature of activation system for assembly line should be set to 110-125℃ and keep 7-15 minutes. |
