Zhongrun & CLT W1500T Series Water Based rubber paste ink table screen printing on t-shirts, garments, apparels or fabric cut pieces.

The W1500T table printing water based rubber paste ink is designed specifically for fabric manual table screen printing, not suitable for machine screen printing.

Advantages: 
  ★ High whiteness, good covering and elasticity, soft hand feeling. 
  ★ Non-sticky hands, good washing fastness, suitable for middle grade table screen printing. 

Application Fabrics Scope:

Zhongrun & CLT W1500T Series Table Printing Water Based rubber paste is suitable screen printing on elastic cotton fabric, polyester(dacron), nylon(chinlon), Lycra(spandex) and Knitted Fabrics ect.

Printing Instructions:
      1) Under Base Printing 1~2 times (If it is Modal/Odile fabric, the under base ink need to use 982 model, this under base ink could increase the elasticity of the printing; If it is mercerized cotton fabric, the under base ink need to use 985 model, this under base ink could increase the washing fastness and color fastness.) Some other fabric can use 1500C clear ink as under base ink for under base printing 1~2 times to increase the printing elasticity and fastness.
      2)After above under base printing, screen Print the mixed and stirred well color ink for 2~3 times.
      3)Then screen print the top coat ink, if need gloss finish, please use gloss top coat water based ink 810; If need matte finish, please use matte top coat water based ink 1205. 

Special Notice: 
1) Please add 1-2% of our cross-linking agent PC-600 and mixed them well before use. Be sure to finish the ink within 8 hours after mixing with the fixing agent, otherwise the ink will be decomposed, but it won't be gel. (if the cross-linking agent used is not our company’s, please test the compatibility before mass printing.)
2) This table printing water based rubber paste hasn't the ability of anti-sublimation, please check your fabric whether it would sublime or not before use.
3) If the fabric is sublimation fabric, please use H-2000 anti-sublimation under base ink to make the under base printing.
4) Be sure to dry completely before washing test, or it will be affect the test effect.
5) Based on different fabric and different operation, it can get different effect.
