Flat shale shaker screen

Constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers with a steel backing plate combined together. Because of different mesh size, and steel backing plate, on the condition of using intensity, to get the best and most effective filtering area.

Wave shaped shale shaker screen

Constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, after compounded and bended, with a steel backing plate combined together. The wire cloth and bottom steel backing plate combined tightly, increase the filtering area 120% to 150% more than hookstrip flat screen, get an better effective.

Composite shale shaker screen

Composite screens provide longer life and greater screen area

High-capacity composite screens provide a significant increase in fluid capacity as well as excellent resistance to blinding providing dryer solids discharge and a larger net usable screen area.

Steel frame shale shaker screen

Steel frame screens are mostly applied to the shale shakers with wedge fastening equipment. The screen frames adopt that high-strength square steel tube welded to multi-ribbed construction. They are sturdy and reliable. These screens are constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessary rubber plugs may be used to repair rips or tears. By doing this, we can cut down time and reduce the production costs. We can supply steel frame screens with mesh sizes ranging from 20 to 325.
