C830 silicone rubber is condensation cure silicone rubber (tin cure silicone rubber) for mold making. The silicone rubber will be cured under room temperature. It's two components, the mixing ratio is 100:2. Part A is a flowable liquid silicone, part B is the catalyst. It has an exceptional fluidity and good operability.

C830 liquid silicone rubber is perfect molding material, it is suitable to make mold for concrete casting, artificial stone, brick, cement casting, gypsum decorations, plastic product, resin craft, polyester, polyurethane, bronze casting, statues, jewelry, wax, crystal, tire mold, shoe mold, clay casting, ceramic casting. etc.
C828 liquid silicone rubber is mainly suitable for small or middle sized products with delicate pattern by pouring and brushing operation.

5. Using instructions of rtv 2 liquid silicone rubber for frame gypsum molds 

 Step 1: Prepare and clean the prototype.

You must make sure your original molds perfect, fix the original mold on a board, then using some assistant material (like cardboard) to make a frame for to surround the prototype. The frame is no need, if we make the mold by brushing way.

Step 2: Take the silicone and catalyst as the ratio 100:2 (silicone : catalyst= 100:2), mix the silicone rubber and catalyst evenly.

Notes: rtv silicone rubber is a kind of flowing liquid and it contains two parts. Part A is a kind of flowing liquid and part B is the curing agent. Remember to mix part A and part B evenly, otherwise the silicone rubber will be partly solidified and this will bring troubles for your final operation. What's more, the finishes molds will have a short life. All of these will cause a waste of silicone rubber.

Step 3: Vacuum pumping.

After mixed the silicone evenly, it is better to release the bubble by vacuum pumping.

Step 4: Pouring cast or brushing cast.

After released the bubble, we can pour/brush the silicone rubber on the prototype.

Notes: Please finishes all the steps within the operation time. If not, it will cause cross linking reaction, and no more further steps will be available. So, we have to pay attention to the pot life and curing time.

Attentions:

1. The curing speed of this product is closely related to the ambient temperature,high temperature fast curing, on the contrary, low temperature curing slow. Users can appropriately adjust the amount of curing agent to obtain the desired cure speed according to the ambient temperature level.

2. If the copying original models are ceramic, 815 resin, ABS material, wood, metal and other materials, the original models surface need use a release agent or baking mold method then reperfusion mold for avoiding sticky mold phenomenon.

3. Two parts of this series of products should be stored separately sealed, placed in a cool place, avoid the sun and rain.

4. If viscosity is increased or it has precipitation in silicone at storage period, can be used after mixing evenly, its performance unchanged.

5. This product is non-dangerous goods, if skin contacts the curing agent, can be cleaned with the suitable detergent and water; if splashed into the eyes, immediately wash with clean water at least 15 minutes, and consult a doctor.
