Feature:
1.Heat preservation and heat insulation:
PU sandwich panel core material is stereoplasm, the density is 40-60kg/m3 and its heat conduction index 0.018-0.024w/(m.k), which equal to half of EPS. PU product has the lowest conduction index in all the heat preservation materials, and with the feature of well heat insulated, therefore it can reduce the thickness of the building’s outskirts and increase the room of indoor.
2.moistureproof and waterproof :
The obturator rate of stereoplasm can reach over 90%, which make it belong to water resistance material, and it can’t be increase the conduction index because of the moisture absorption, therefore the wall can’t be water seepage and with good freezing-thawing resistance and sacrifice signal. Under the condition of usually service time and maintain can stand the damage by the outside factor of dry, damp, electrolytic corrosion, insect fungi, algae growth, tooth animal bite.
3.Flame retardant :
PU sandwich panel core material stereoplasm after addicted the fire retardant is one kind of flame retardancy self-extinguishment. It’s softening point can reach over 250℃,only decomposition in high temperature. In addition, when PU is burning on its surface can form carbon deposit, and this layer carbon was help to isolation under foam, which can effectively prevent the flame spread. However, PU not produce the poison gas under the high temperature decomposition.
4.Anti-deforming Capability:
PU sandwich panel has the feature of high anti-deforming capability, not easy to craze, stable surface, safety.
