Carbon fiber is the hardness fiber material and also the brittle material. Its brittleness makes it do not suit to print thin and hollow modeling.
As second generation carbon fiber filament, it’s also based on ABS and PLA refilling with carbon fiber material. On condition to keep its high hardness, its toughness is 6 times as first generation carbon fiber filament. It greatly lower the material’s toughness and shrinkage. Can be better print thin and hollow models.
