ZY6058  Proof tracking index (PTI) Tester of solid insulation material under moist conditions

1.    Description of test apparatus: 
Adapted the rectangle platinum electrode, the force to specimen are both 1.0N ±0.05N. The adjustable voltage is 100-600V(48-60Hz). 
When short-circuit current is 1.0±0.1A, the voltage droop should be less than 10%. 
 During return circuit testing, when the Short circuit leakage current is ≤0.5A and last for 2 seconds, the relay will stop power supply, It indicates the specimen is not acceptable.
The constant of drop device is adjustable. titration  can be a  precisely controlled by 44-55 drops/cm3 and the interval of drop time is 30±5S.
