• Brief Introduction:

  Sidewall belt conveyor is continuous transporting equipment for loose bulk materials such as coke, coal, limestone, sand and gravel. It adopts high quality conveyor belt with corrugated sidewall and horizontal baffle. Sidewall belts are used to convey material up inclines.

• Application:

  Sidewall belt conveyor can be used in coal, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, electric power, light industry, food, port, shipping and other industries, in the working environment that the humidity is -15 degree to +40 degree, transport a variety of bulk materials which density is 0.5-2.5t/m3.

•   Advantages:

  1, Widely used, can transfer all kinds of bulk material in different angles and directions.

  2, No transfer points- the belt are capable of turning at any angle right from feed hopper to discharge point

  3, No spillage at the steep angle when transfer bulk material.

  4, Maximum utilization of space – able to convey material at angles up to 90 degree, able to instead of bucket elevator.

  5, Low power requirement, low cost, long service life and quiet smooth running.
