This is a blending machine. The machine consists of the following parts:  Batter mixing tank, batter transfer pump and pipes and fittings,and all of these are made of stainless steel 304 food quality materials. Good sealing is the electrical control cabinet requirements; capacity of the battery will each batch can be converted into 65 kg batter in a stirred for 5 min, starch 25kg. The mixing machine will have a flat cover to cover the mixing unit. There is a new added filter.

The machine is a hybrid system, the first technology processing equipment in the wafer fabrication. It adopts independent transmission and automatic circulation system.

Material: the rack adopts the international standard and the cover uses the import 304 stainless steel plate thickness is 1.2mm of stainless steel, also can customize into other thickness.

This machine has many advantages.

1.Auto-control of temperature after setting ,Auto-weighing of wafer and ingredients,it will finish the whole process of pulp to the wafer baking oven steadily.
