DRB series hydraulic automatic hot-melt butt welding machine mainly consists of four parts: one is electronic temperature-controlled heating plate; the other is milling machine; the third is hydraulic electric console; the fourth is frame and fixture, with a variety of welding standards.
The automatic hot melt butt welding machine has the following characteristics:
The heating plate is controlled by a special electronic temperature control device, and the surface temperature is uniform.

Hydraulic and temperature control system is designed with integrated block, compact structure, temperature and pressure parameters are displayed in the same operation interface, accurate and intuitive; and it has the function of holding pressure, which can keep the pressure stable when the motor is closed, simple operation and reliable performance.
The heat absorption time and cooling time can be set separately, and the alarm prompt at the end of the time can be given. The operation is simple and reliable.
The hydraulic part has the functions of overheating and overload protection.
