Light duty CNC lathe machine, Max. loading capacity 3 tons

CNC horizontal lathe machine is widely used in automotive, petroleum, military and other field enabling turning of shaft, sleeve, the inner and outer surfaces of the disk class, cones, arcs, threads, boring and reaming.

The machine uses a traditional horizontal lathe layout with overall design, good sealing, and compliance with safety standards. Bed, bed base legs and other major parts are made of resin sand casting, artificial aging with excellent machine stability. And guide rail is treated by super audio quenching, saddle is affixed with TSF guide plate with flexible movement, accuracy and stability.

This lathe machine is equipped with a centralized lubrication for the automatic lubrication of joint surface of the ball screw and guide mandatory, which can effectively improve the dynamic response and service life of screw guide.

Saddle and slide rails combined surface using "laminating" process, moving parts can achieve micro-feed, to prevent creeping.

The feed system ball screw is driven by a servo motor directly with the overall layout of the Hydro mechatronics integration with high transmission accuracy.

The control system can be selected according to the needs of users.
