~Inner-layer tape (3 ply tape ) for corrosion protection for steel pipe

The inner layer tape (3 ply tape ) is co-extruded polyethylene tape suitable for cold application or extruded hot calendered polyethylene tape suitable for cold application

It have the butyl rubber adhesive on both the sideds(3 ply tape).

A non-sticking separatoe strip (release film )is be provided in the rolls to eliminate sticking of adheisves when the tape is in roll form

Features:

Excellent bonding between adhesive and carrier film via co-extruded intermediate layer.

Mechanically highly resistant tape system.

Practically impermeable to water vapour and oxygen.

Resistant to soil bacterial and soil electrolyte.

Compatible with coating from PE,PP,FBE,PU,CTE and Bitumen and ext… .
