Descriptions:

This kind of recovery systems guarantees almost 100% recovery as the total over-sprayed powder gets collected on the filter cloth / paper through which it is forced. This high efficiency is possible when the filters are new or thoroughly cleaned. Chocked filters drive the efficiency down to even 80% and theoretically even up to 0%.

This system though is useful for single colour or single family of colours and different sets of the cartridges are recommended for different colours. Also repeated chocking and cleaning cycles deteriorate the filter cartridges and these need to be replaced in a few years.

Cartridge type powder coating booths are the most practical and useful model among the powder coating booths. Powder particles moving by the air flow created by the suction fan and which can not adhere to the material are prevented to exit out upon filtering. Filters are cleaned by means of reverse cleaning system during operation inside the cabin. The paint flaking off onto the booth base from the filter as a result of the cleaning valve, sieved, collected in the hopper and can be re-used after transferring to the system.
