Rpid set CSA clinker for dry mortar use

CSA clinker is high in C4A3S(also called calcium sulphoaluminate),mainly used in field of dry mortar. It produces ettringite after hydration reaction,which has characteristic of fast set,rapid hardening, micro expansive ect.

CSA clinker has good adaption to portland cement. And made the each physical features of mixtures be greatly improved.

It is much more suitable in dry mortar compraing with calsium aluminate cement,which has low shrinkage and more steable.

CSA Clinker also called csa binder. In uausl CSA binder type 1 is CSA Clinker 92.5;CSA BINDER TYPE 2 is CSA Clinker 82.5;CSA binder is CSA clinker 92.5.

Scope of application:

Mainly used in three element system mix with portland cement ,gypsum ect.

2. self-leveling

3. non-shrinkage grouting 

4.waterproofing materials

5.HSC materials (mainly in underground,tunnel,subway project ect)

6.cement products

7.self-leveling mortar

Advantages comparing with portland cement only：

expansive ratio curing 28days is 0.05%~0.12% in three element system;

0.01~0.03% with portland cement only;

Dry shrinkage in air 28 days is 0.04%~0.08% in three element system; 0.17%~0.23% with portland cement only.

Above all, dry mortar with csa clinker in three element system has low size change ratio, and can avoid the concrete crack caused by dry shrinkage and temperature contract. CSA clinker is an idea dry mortar raw material.
