As an example, for one important project, a specially designed rail with channel shape is needed at large quantity.We succefully reduced cost by 50% through combining hot rolling and cold drawing technology to obtain a nearly done metal profile for CNC machining finish, compared to fully machining from a solid square bar, as considered by the customer as the only way, our solution consumes less metal material and occupies much less CNC machine tool time.
