Summary

WQX engineering sewage submersible pump is suitable for sewage and slurry pumping in all kinds of harsh condition. This pump is upper outlet under suction type, it’s able to pump the water on working surface. With submersible three-phase asynchronous motor, the pump can both work under water long-term and work above water. Characteristic

1 WQX series under suction engineering submersible pump is composed by two main parts of submersible three-phase asynchronous motor and sewage pump. Motor and pump body lower below connect directly, equipped with reliable shaft seal(mechanical seal) device in the middle, thus to avoid the cooling liquid in the motor from exchaning with pumped medium, by which, ensures the long-term safe and reliable operation of the pump.

 2 The motor winding is nylon sheath polyethylene water-resistant magnet wire. The motor inner cavity and seal cavity are filled with NO. 7 machine oil, which greatly improve the motor performance in harsh environment condition.

 3 Equipped with water jacket to convey the medium goes through the innerlayer of water jacket, thus the motor is cooled. Even if the motor is out of the water, it can work safely for a long time. Multistage or singlestage submersible pump has 2 types: normal material and total stainless steel material.

 4 Adopts imported excellent quality rolling bearing, and the specification is double of common QX pump bearing. Additional, with effective lubrication, solve the bearing damaged problem of traditional QX pump by adjusting the installation process of bearing.

 5 The motor shaft uses stainless steel or chroming carbon steel, and the diameter of shaft has been enlarged to improve the coaxiality and rigidity of rolling part, which result in solving the easily broken shaft problem of traditional QX pump.

 6 The pump shell adopts international popular steel stamping tensile welding forming technology. The surface has been processed by resin painting, thus the intensity increases number of times compared to traditional QX pump. Featured with advantages of anti-corrosive and anti-friction, bright color and elegant appearance.

Using condition

1. Power supply；50Hz, three-phase AC power with norminal voltage of 380V or 660V(allows tollerance of ±5%).

2. Solid volume ratio in medium is no more than 2%. Medium density is no more than 1.2 x 103kg/m3.

3. Pump liquid PH is 4-12

4. Pump medium temperature is below 50℃.
