Summary

WQD/WQ series submersible sewage pump adopts unique single/double flow channel impeller structure, improves the sludge passing ability.  Fiber with size of 5 times of pump outlet diameterand solid particles whose diamter is half of pump outlet diameter can even go through. Double-end and doubel-layer type mechanical seal, new type hard wear-resistant material, and long time running in oil chamber, which can make the pump safely and continously run for more than 8000hours.

Characteristic

Thanks to the features of small size, light weight, wear-resistant, energy saving, nice appearance, easy maitenance, no need of pump room, and dive into the water can work, the project cost has been reduced. Equpped with overheat and current protector to avoid the motor overload heating. Match the high precision anti-interference sealing leakage monitoring device(according to user’s needs) for above 7.5kw pump. The cutting device can chop the scum, plastic product and fiberous material for that the impeller can smoothly suction and discharge them(can be equipped on the impeller suction mouth due to user’s need. ).
