MD- 75 environmental curing agent

    It is an environmental curing agent whose free TDI content belows 0.1%.No heavymetal contained, such as Pb,Cd,Cr,Hg, contained.

Application range:
    It is mainly applied to oil paint industry and adhesive industry.

Technical performance index
1.Appearance: light yellow or transparency liquid;
2.Solid content(%) : 40%, 50%, 75%;
3.Ratio of curing agent and main agent should be tested depended on your needs.

Cautions:
1.Ethyl acetate can be used to dilute this product.( moisture content ≤0.1% and alcohol content≤0.02%)
2.MD-75 is a kind of environmental curing agent.It is mainly applied to mixed using with adhesive andoil paint in a mild climate.
3.Because of its high activity, it is sensitive to water and alcohol.The solvent used must measure up to the Chinese standard. Normally, the amount of this product must be added 10%-30% more in the damp weather.
4.This product can be combined with other same kind curing agent, in order to control the curing speed and curing quality.You can do enough pre-test according to your production.

6.This product is easily moistened.It will become useless,when its color change into white.Please keep residual product in a sealed small mouth metal pail.

8.The shelf life of the product is 6 month.(Keep it inshade with the temperaturelower than 25℃).
