There are several different mould type , such as alumimum die, steel die ,with characteristic of clear design, accurate size ,novel outlook excellent quality and fast productioin time .
1.outlook of mould
we make the mould according to the drawing provided by customer ,include the shoe last and fixed screw size of mould to make sure the mould can be put into use with high quality .
2.the interior of mould
the mould made based on the shoe sample and the drawing.
We can make pre-production sample for customer approval by photos or by courier .so customers have chance to make some change if later they want to do some change ,but exclude the shoe last ,only the design ,etiching and texture of the boot surface .


3.usage of mould
most chinese shoe factory use workers to open the mould ,so the mould is worn away easily.so Chinese base shoe factory almost adopt steel to make the mould .
steel die has the advantage of high hardness, and long life performance .

for Itanlian shoe machine ,which open the mould automatically, the mould can not be worn away easily ,can use Alumimum(6061) to make the mould .the advantage of Alumimum is lighter weight and fast cooling .
