Crucible furnace is composed by quartz crucible or alumina crucible and stainless steel flange. Working temperature ranges from 800℃ to 1700℃. Which is mainly used in sintering of high pure compound under vacuum or inert atmosphere; anneal or spread of semiconductor wafer; roast or sinter of ceramic material
