The unique design of the product makes healthy and easy barbeque possible. There is a collecting pan between the gas burner and the cooking grate, so there is no fat-to-flame contact, and so the product eliminates the flare-ups. During the barbeque, the food is first to be heated up by the heat radiation from the gas burner. Then the fat from the heated food drips on the collecting pan and also is vaporized.
