Ordering Custom Mosaic Murals, Patterns, and Borders

Please send us a picture of the design, and indicate the size of the project area. A rendering of the finished project and a price quotation will be sent to you for approval. Once approved, we will collect a 50% deposit and begin production. The remaining 50% and shipping cost will be collected before it leaves our workshop.

Ordering Crystal Mosaic

Simply email us the amount, type, and color. Also indicate whether tiles should be mixed randomly, or be arranged into a gradient or a pattern. If you are unsure of the amount we can calculate it from the area of the project. If an area requires half tiles on the ends, we recommend you letting us know when you order so we can cut the tiles and smooth the edges for you. We can also accommodate bends and rounded corners commonly encountered in fountains and counter tops.

Shipping

Depending on the size and nature of the order, we will recommend different modes of shipping. We use a variety of couriers and shipping lines, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, Evergreen, MSC, COSCO, and China Shipping (you get the idea), to ensure your order gets to you in the most cost-effective manner.

Important Notice

Variations in color, shape, and size is inherent in all fired glass products. We cannot guarantee matching shades in reorders.
