Spherical Bearing Features

1) Spherical roller bearing  are principally provided with two rows of symmetrical spherical rollers and a commonsphere raceway in out ring.
2) With good self-ali gning ability and can operate when the shaft deflection under load or the shaft deflection underload or the shaft misalignment in mounting, and their permissible aligning angle is 1 to 2.5 degree
3) This type of bearings has heavy load carrying capacity and anti-impact ability, in addition to radial loads, theyalso can carry axial loads in two directions
4) In general, this type of bearings permits a low limiting speed.

Features of spherical roller bearing:

C: Stamped steel retainer and strengthened symmetric rollers for considerably higher load ratings;

CA: one piece brass retainer and strengthened symmetric rollers; 
        exchange with C design, especially for large size. 

MB: Two-piece precision-machined brass retainer and strengthened symmetric rollers; 
        equivalent to C design in load capacity.

CC: steel cage, replace traditionalbrass cage.

E: Third generation design to improve stress distribution for much longer service life 

TN: Nylon retainer.

1. Payment:

   1) TT, 30% deposit, 70% against the copy of B/L..
   2) L/C at sight. (high bank charges, not s est , but acceptable )
   3) 100% Western Union in advance. (specially for air shipment or small amount)

2. Delivery:

   1) Less than 45 KGS, we will send by express. (Door to Door, Convenient)

   2) Between 45 - 200 KGS, we will send by air transport. (Fastest and safest, but expensive )

   3) More than 200 KGS, we will send by sea. (Cheapest and usual)
