BWF- II Series modular tubular automatic back flushing filter (referred to as BWF- II filter) that is based on a modular design concept, multiple standard filter unit composition full automatic filtering system and the system safety coefficient is high, according to flow the need for flexible or online unit number. BWF- II filter can purify the fluid, the key equipment of the protection of the road, but also can be used to recover the expensive solid particles. BWF- II tube filter applied to the low viscous liquid, such as raw water, sewage, gasoline, heavy coker gasoline, diesel oil, low viscosity residue and so on.
Working principle
Liquid flows from the inlet duct into the entrance of each filtering unit, liquid from the inside to the outside through filter element outer surface, flow to each filtering unit export, bringing together to export duct outflow, impurity particles were intercepted in the filter surface and accumulates to form filter cake, when the filtration pressure gradually increase reaches a preset value (usually 70-130kpa); or cleaning cycle time at the appointed time, control system of backwashing start-up action, of each filtering unit one by one back flushing, to complete the entire process of recoil, when a filtering unit to be anti flushing and other units remained normal filter.
