- FOR PARTY 150-250 UNIT

3. MODE OF PAYMENT:
- 50% advanced payment of the total contract sum within 15 banking days from the date

- 50% of the each Rail Tank Cars lot within 5 banking days from the date of notification about
Rail Tank Car’ lot readiness for the shipment;
4. QUANTITY PER MONTH: 200-400unit;
5. DOC`UMENTS: Full complete sets of international standard;
6. QUALITY:
Production of car building has certificated TUV under international standards ISO 9001 system of
quality of designing and manufacturing of railway freight cars and tanks which also are certificated
by the Register of certification on a railway transportation of Russia and also certified bodies of Ukraine;
7. TERMS OF PAYMENTS:
- 50% advanced payment of the total contract sum within 10 banking days from the date
of the present Contract signing;
- 50% of the each Rail Tank Car lot within 5 banking days from the date of notification about
Rail Tank Car lot readiness for the shipment.
8. GUARANTEE:
Warranty period for Rail Tank Car and its separate parts.
The Seller shall guarantee compliance of Rail Tank Car with requirements of drawings and technical conditions.
Guarantee period of exploitation shall be counted from the date of shipment of Rail Tank Car to the Buyer,
provided that the Buyer keeps to conditions of exploitation, transportation and storage, and shall be established
as follows:
For Rail Tank Car on the whole_3 years;
For carrying metal construction of tank_13 years;
For metal construction of beam_13 years;
For parking brake and parts of lever motion of brake (Except for
brake block and wear-resistant plugs), draining device (rubber
compacting)_5 years;
For safety admission valve_3 years;
For safety of paint coat protective properties_3 years;
