| The basic configuration |
1，Cabinet is former vertical door，adopting whole 304 stainless steel. Exhaust systems: mechanical pump + roots pump + molecular pump or diffusion pump (cold trap). 2, Electric: touch-screen operation, PLC control, manual / automatic (with fault alarm function, alarming for the abnormal situation and performing the appropriate protective measures).
3, The equipment is used for metallization coating for packaging materials and thin-film capacitors.
