Cementing Basketsare constructed of flexible spring steel ribs and reinforced rubber overlapping liners. Cementing Baskets may be run on casing, tubing or liners, and are designed to seal off zones below the basket from contamination by cement slurry. The cementing basket can be slipped on over the run-in string, and its position is determined either by couplings at the ends of the joint or by Casing Stop Collars.
1. Non-welded, pressed by punching, high strength.
2. Compared with single bow centralizer, the restoring force is higher while the starting force and running force are lower.Therefore, it can be run in vertical, highly-deviated and horizontal wells.
3. Hinged design allows convenient field installation.
4. Can be unfolded and stacked flatly, saving storage and transportation cost.
