Product Description |
The product is a kind of water solubility film formation corrosion inhibitor, which is composed of home-grown Composite pyridine quaternary ammonium salt as main ingredients, other synergist and surfactant. It can be applicable for petroleum, natural gas exploitation and gathering & transportation to protect pipelines inner wall from corrosion. It has good protection function for CO2, H2S, and other acid gases, as well as high salinity saltwater corrosion environment.

Application Range |
It is applicable for gathering & transportation pipelines containing high partial pressure CO2, H2S and other acid gases, as well as high salinity saltwater corrosion. Also, it can be applicable for oilfield injection CO2 displacing oil technical process. High partial pressure CO2 can control pipeline corrosion in the process.

Using Method |
Calculated by liquid production capacity, generally add 30~50ppm. Appropriately increase amount for the severe corrosion area. The corrosion rate can reach more than 80%. As for the high salinity area, dilute by tap water to 10-20%, and then add it.

Packing and Storage |
The product is packaged with 200L plastic drum, and net weight is 200 kg per drum. If customers need special packaging, we can pack it as customer’s request. The product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, dry storeroom and should be away from the fire. Product is valid for two years.
