The inert alumina ceramic ball is widely applied to such industries as petroleum, chemical, chemical fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection. It acts as the covering, supporting material for the catalyst in reactors and tower packing. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, low water absorption, and stable chemical performance. It can also resist the erode of acid alkali and some organic solvent, and bear the temperature change in the manufacturing process. Its main function is to increase the distributing points of gas and liquid, and support and protect the active catalyst with low protecting intensity.
