1. Brief Introduction

Modified complex wax, with very good hardening effect, little dosage can reach 2H more hardness. Impact test shows OK. No effect on gloss, 0.5% can ensure 90 glossiness.

• In the production of hybrid powder coating, there is no special selection requirement for polyester resin. Almost all 50/50, 60/40 polyester resins are well suited and the film obtained is good in hardness and anti-abrasion properties.

• Especially suitable for the sand texturing powder, matting powder and semi-matting powder.

• The dosage is 0.5% of total weight. Mix with other ingredients in high speed mixer, and then extrude by extruder.

1. Package and Storage
   • Store in a cool and dry place to avoid contacting other chemical products. Seal tightly after using. Please wear dustproof mask and glove when operating.
   • Package: 25kgs/polyethylene-lined kraft paper-plastic compound bag.

• Validity will be 1 year below 35℃.
