a special kind of dough roll mainly made from a special kind of fish named as red cyprinoid. we call it "yu2 si1" in Pinyin. it  is mainly made of fish though it looks like other common dough roll. this kind of fish only lives in Xingguo, Jiangxi Province. it is so nutritious that it was often specially cooked for the women in pregnancy. In Chinese, "red cyprinoid" also means "lucky,happy". And in Xingguo,following an interesting story, "yu2 si1" means "miss you","miss the home". if you love and miss someone, go and get some "yu2si1" for him or her. if you miss your hometown, go and get some "yu2si1".
