How to Wear the Heart Rate Chest Belt                                                   
1. Wet the conductive pads on the underside of the chest belt with a few drop of water.
2. Adjust the length of the heart rate belt until the belt fits snugly below your (chest)
    pectoral muscles.
3. Wear the elastic belt below the chest and buckle at both ends.

4. The heart rate sensor button attaches to the elastic belt button, so you have to pay
     attention to the orientation of the sensor.

1.Open the smartphone, connect receiver with smartphone by 3.5 phone jack at
  the top of phone.
